The Founders
Every article on this site is written by the two co-founders of Dopameme — drawn from the client accounts they run, the formats they test, and the retention graphs they read every week.

Talha Abrar
Co-Founder, Dopameme · LinkedIn
Talha co-founded Dopameme, an agency that builds organic short-form content systems for creators, founders, and companies. He runs a team of 25 across Pakistan, Dubai, Europe, the US, and Bangladesh, working with SaaS products, finance and tech creators, healthcare brands, and enterprise groups.
Behind the client work sits a research library he maintains: a few hundred video teardowns and close to a hundred documented formats, each tested on live accounts before it reaches a client. One launch account passed 4 million views and 22,000 followers in its first month, with a first reel at 1.4 million and a single video under 100,000. A finance creator reached 100,000 followers in four months.
He writes about what moves those numbers: the algorithm, the psychology, and the math, in language you can use the same day.

Salaar Ahmed Khan
Co-Founder, Dopameme · LinkedIn
Salaar Ahmed Khan co-founded Dopameme and leads creator partnerships, sales, and content strategy. He built the playbook the team works from: the format library, the hook and CTA banks, the scripting standards, and the SOPs every editor trains on.
Most of his week goes into diagnosis. He reads retention graphs to find the second a video loses people, argues for average view duration over likes when a client wants the flattering number, and uses trial reels as both a growth lever and a clean way to measure an account. One of those trial reels added 90,000 followers to a client account.
He also handles the quieter half of the job: keeping clients through the months when a graph goes flat.
